Pet Policy

Pets are allowed under the following conditions:
  • 50 lb Weight Limit
  • Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age 
  • 1 pet per resident and only 2 pets allowed per unit 
  • Resident must be able to provide veterinarian records showing proof of up-to-date vaccinations and rabies 
  • $250 Pet Fee 
  • $25 Pet Rent
